The benefit of Scottrade is that it has physical offices that you can visit to talk to a broker. Other than that, it offers middle of the road pricing and average options for trading, making it a smart option for those looking for a trader with physical offices.
Scottrade has the middle of the road covered. It doesn’t offer the widest range of trading options or the least expensive trading fees, but it also isn’t the most expensive.
Scottrade charges $7 per stock trade, as well as for the options base fee. It charges the most for options per contract at $1.25. Additionally, it will cost you $32 for broker assisted orders.
