With Retale, as you browse through the sale circulars for stores in your area, you can digitally “clip” any coupons you find that interest you. Retale: User Reviews
Retale: Comments
The Retale app digitizes the weekly circular ads that your local retailers use to spread the word of their specials, sales and discounts happening in the coming week(s). The Retale app lets you keep track of these events, organizing them into a shopping list for you.
You can see at a glance where the items you need are being offered at the best price, so you can plan your shopping trips to be enjoyable instead of a chore.
How Does Retale Work?
Once you download and install the Retale app, it will show you the local weekly sales, discount offers and deals at the stores where you regularly shop. You can scroll through the weekly ads, selecting what you want to compile a shopping list. You can search for your favorite products and look for coupons from your favorite retailers and brands. You can even set the app to notify you when stores place specific products on sale or a specific store offers discounts and deals.
When you select a retailer, you’ll receive the store’s address and operating hours. You’ll be able to plan your outings to your local grocery stores, malls and retailers such as Target, JCPenney, Toys R Us and Staples. Retale tracks scheduled and announced sales and discounts across the U.S.
What Makes Retale Stand Out?
Retale has a goal of becoming the default replacement for the traditional newspaper circular and weekly flyer. In addition to supplying users with the ability to easily flip through individual circulars from retailers in their local areas, Retale gives the user the option to create push notifications when new circulars come out. This way, Retale’s users never need worry about missing out on a great deal.
Retale gives you options when searching. You can search by store name or for a specific product. There are categories listed that you can browse through, such as Home and Garden, Kitchen or Ladies’ Fashion. When you select an item, you’ll get the information on store location and phone number along with the sale or discount information.
Common Reviews of Retale
One online review, after extolling the positives of the Retale app, then boldly stated, “There are no negatives.” While there are reviews online that don’t go to that extent, the overwhelming consensus is that Retale is a solid, reliable and useful app for anyone who enjoys shopping. For those who don’t like to shop, it is a great help in paring down the “hit and miss” aspect of finding deals through traditional walking-around-the-store shopping.
One suggestion made more than once was the addition of pricing to selections placed on a shopping list. Then, if the user could tally up the list, that would give an indication of how much the purchases would cost. That would be a great help in keeping things within a budget!
Perhaps the most common point of contention is the ease of use of the app. Multiple reviewers made mention that the user interface could be a bit more user-friendly, especially for those not technologically savvy.
Overall, Retale has more than three million users and those voicing negatives that prevent the use of the app simply don’t seem to exist. If they are out there, they are few and far between and surrounded by a lot of very positive remarks.
Is Retale for Me?
If you want to ditch your paper circulars and sale flyers, then Retale is a good way to go. Its coupon feature is a time-saver and money-saver, and that’s what it’s all about.
